I have always had a passion for food and cooking. From an early age, alongside my parents while in the kitchen, I loved to prepare and serve my favourite culinary creations to family and friends. Inspired by entrepreneurial parents, I established several successful businesses in a number of different industries, but always knew in my heart that my passion was working in the kitchen. After working in the food industry for several years, I pursued my own venture and in 2011, Chef ON THE GO Catering opened its doors as a premium boutique catering company serving the Greater Toronto Area.
I’m often asked which Chef inspired me to join the culinary world. There was no one in particular, I just love food and take pleasure watching others enjoy what I prepare for them. My core philosophy is that food brings people together, evokes emotions and the shared experience becomes a lasting memory. Food is at the core of every celebration, holiday and lifecycle event.
As a business, our priority is to be client centric, focus on the client’s needs and attention to detail. We do not feed the masses, but instead cater gatherings where we have the opportunity to offer an exclusive upscale dining experience that is unforgettable.
